Bells Hotel requires a $200 Room Hire fee for any ‘non-catered’ meetings, corporate events, classes, business functions etc.
For catered events; parties, etc: $200 deposit along with a signed booking agreement is required to confirm your function booking.
Bookings in excess of 100 people may incur a security guard charge. This fee will be applicable to all 21st Birthdays, and may incurr further restrictions/ requirements. Management will discuss excess charges, and will be payable at the time of deposit. Deposits be returned on the provision that there is no damage to the property. Please provide us with bank account details, deposits will be returned the following business day. The Client or organiser is responsible for any damage to the space‘s fixtures and fittings, flooring, and other structural or design features of the hotel as well as other areas of the hotel that their party occupies. No litter, confetti, rice, sprays, or powders may be used in any of our function facilities. The client agrees to adhere to all in house policies/procedures set forth by Management, as well as verbal directives and or advice during the course of the event.
